Return & Refund Policy

At AlcoBreath.in, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be damaged, defective, or not working upon delivery
  • You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice

⚠️ Returns are not accepted for reasons of personal preference or improper use.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used breathalyzer units (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products damaged due to mishandling or misuse
  • Accessories or batteries unless found defective
  • Items requested for return after 7 days of delivery

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at alcoholtester@alcobreath.in or info@alcobreath.in with your:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Photo/video of the damaged or defective item
  2. Our support team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
  3. Once approved, you’ll be guided on how to ship the item back
  4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will confirm eligibility for refund/replacement

4. Refund Process

If eligible for a refund:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Netbanking)
  • Refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days after we receive and verify the returned item
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

5. Replacements

If the product is confirmed defective, we will:

  • Ship a replacement at no extra cost, OR
  • Provide a full refund if the product is out of stock

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may return the product after delivery (if eligible)
