Breath Analyzer Calibration
Calibration for breath analyzers and breathalyzers in our own lab, from
2,000 to
6,000 depending on the device. Send us the model and we confirm the charge before you ship it.
Why calibrate
Every alcohol sensor drifts. Fuel cells drift slowly, semiconductor sensors faster, and both drift more with heavy use. A device that has drifted keeps showing numbers — they are simply no longer the right ones.
Calibration checks the device against a known alcohol concentration and adjusts it to read correctly. Done on a schedule, it is what lets a workplace or a fleet rely on a reading, and show that the device was looked after.
How it works
- Send us the model and serial number on WhatsApp or by phone.
- We confirm whether we calibrate it and the charge (₹2,000–₹6,000).
- You send the device to our lab; we share the address when we confirm.
- We calibrate it and send it back to you.

Calibration: common questions
- How much does breath analyzer calibration cost?
- Between ₹2,000 and ₹6,000, depending on the device. Tell us the model and we confirm the charge before you send it.
- Where is the calibration done?
- In AlcoBreath's own calibration lab.
- How often should a breath analyzer be calibrated?
- Every sensor drifts with time and use, so calibration is periodic, not one-off. Follow the interval your device's manual gives; devices used many times a day usually need it sooner than ones used occasionally.
- Which devices do you calibrate?
- Send us the model and serial details and we confirm whether we can calibrate it, and the charge, before you send the device.
- Why does calibration matter?
- A breath analyzer that has drifted still shows a number, just not the right one. Calibration brings the reading back in line, which is what makes a test result something you can act on.
