1. Shipping
Shipping is free anywhere in India. There is no delivery charge on any order, to any state.
Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days from dispatch.
2. Returns
We do not accept returns. A device cannot be sent back because it is no longer needed, or because a different model would have suited better.
What we do provide is a replacement for a device that is defective or was damaged in transit. To claim one:
- Tell us within 7 days of delivery.
- Send a photo or video showing the fault or the damage.
- Reach us by email at alcobreath.in@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 99108 52399.
Once we have seen the photo or video, we arrange the replacement.
3. Warranty
Warranty runs from the date of delivery and depends on the sensor fitted:
- Fuel cell models — 1 year.
- Semiconductor models — 6 months.
Your product page and datasheet name the sensor in the device you have; if you are not sure which one it is, send us the model and we will tell you.
For a warranty claim, the device has to be couriered to our Pune office at 805, Gera Imperium Rise, Wipro Circle, Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra 411057. We then repair or replace it.
